Day 1: Casablanca → Rabat → Volubilis → Fes
Your driver meets you at Mohammed V Airport and briefs you on the tour. We start with a Casablanca city tour: the royal palace exterior and the interior of the Hassan II Mosque. We then visit the Jewish quarter and its synagogues (Bet-El, Em Habanim, Neve Shalom) and the Museum of Moroccan Judaism. We drive to Rabat to visit the Chellah, the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Mellah, now home to a few Jewish families, and continue to Salé, birthplace of Rabbi Hayyim Ben Moses Attar, known for his Torah commentary Or ha-Hayyim. After lunch, we head to Fes via Volubilis, the Roman city near Meknes and Moulay Idriss, once a regional center for grain production and trade with the Berber tribes. Dinner and overnight in a local riad in Fes.

Day 2: Fes → Chefchaouen → Fes
After breakfast, we cross the Rif Mountains via Ouazzane to Chefchaouen. Spend the day in the blue-washed alleys of the medina, visit the Kasbah with its gardens, small museum and rooftop views, then walk in the nearby hills to the waterfalls. The town was settled by Andalusian exiles, Muslim and Jewish, and a popular local tradition links its blue color to Jewish heritage. Shops sell local crafts such as wool garments and woven blankets. We return to Fes for the night in the same riad.

Day 3: Fes → Ifrane → Azrou → Erfoud → Merzouga
We cross the Middle Atlas to Ifrane, nicknamed « Little Switzerland », and stop at its stone Atlas lion statue.
