We will visit the University of Al Quaraouiyine (founded in 859, and still operating), explore the Madrasa Bou Inania with its intricate wood carvings and mosaics, and admire the craftsmanship of the artisans who keep age-old traditions alive.
Wandering through the medina, you’ll experience the sights, sounds, and scents of Fes: spice-filled markets, leather tanneries, brass workshops, and colorful souks. Later, we’ll head to the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), the Royal Palace gates, and a panoramic lookout over the city. In the evening, enjoy Moroccan cuisine in your riad. Overnight in Fes.

Often dubbed the “Versailles of Morocco,” Meknes boasts grand gates such as Bab Mansour, the Sahrij Swani granaries, and the medina’s vibrant souks. After exploring, we ascend through the Rif Mountains, arriving in the enchanting blue town of Chefchaouen.
