Honeymoon Tours in Morocco

Private Honeymoon Tours in Morocco

Looking for honeymoon tours in Morocco? Few destinations mix romance and adventure like this one: a sunset camel ride across the dunes, a candlelit dinner under the stars, a night in a private desert tent and stylish rural riads in palm-filled oases. Our private honeymoon tours cover the Sahara, the Draa Valley, the Atlas Mountains and the kasbahs of the south, with a local driver-guide who keeps the pace relaxed.

Choose from 4, 5 and 7-day itineraries, from a short escape to Merzouga to a slower journey with two nights in a luxury desert camp. Every tour can be adapted to your dates, hotels and romantic extras. Pick a tour below, or contact us and we will design your honeymoon in Morocco.

FAQ: Honeymoon Tours in Morocco

Is Morocco good for a honeymoon?

Yes. Morocco offers a mix of desert nights, historic riads, mountain scenery and food, at a lower cost than many classic honeymoon destinations. Spring and autumn are the most comfortable seasons.

What are some good honeymoon packages for Morocco?

We offer private honeymoon tours of 4, 5 and 7 days. The 7-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga includes two nights in a luxury desert camp, the 5-day tour goes to the quieter Erg Chegaga dunes, and the 4-day tour is a short route from Fes to Marrakech via the Sahara.

How much does a honeymoon trip to Morocco cost?

The price depends on the length of the tour, the hotel category and the desert camp you choose. Contact us with your dates and budget and we will send a custom quote.

Are the honeymoon tours private?

Yes, with a private vehicle, a local driver-guide and your own tent in the desert camp.

Can unmarried couples sleep in the same room in Morocco?

Foreign couples are generally accepted in tourist hotels, riads and desert camps, but Moroccan law does not recognize unmarried cohabitation, and some establishments may ask for a marriage certificate. If you are not married, tell us when you book and we will choose accommodation accordingly.

Can I kiss or hold hands with my partner in public in Morocco?

Holding hands is generally fine, especially for married couples. Kissing and other public displays of affection are frowned upon, so keep them for private spaces such as your riad or desert tent.

When is the best time for a honeymoon in the Sahara?

Spring (March to May) and autumn (October to November) are the best seasons, with warm days and cool nights. From May to September the heat can be extreme, so the dune trek may be replaced by a lighter activity.

Can you customize the itinerary for a honeymoon?

Yes. We can adjust hotels, pace, number of nights in the desert and romantic extras, and change the start or end city.

VERY COMPLETE TRIP For 11 days we travelled through Morocco with 10 friends on a journey that started in Tangier, continued to Chefchaouen, and then we went down to Meknes, Volubilis and Fez.From Fez we went to the desert and spent one night in Merzouga and another in Ouzina, and when we left the desert we went to the Todra and Dades gorges. Then we headed towards Ait Benhaddou and through the Atlas we headed towards Essaouira before finishing our journey in Marrakech. The trip is done in a minibus with a wonderful driver/guide: Mohamed.Despite his youth, he is a very funny person, very attentive, very prudent, very authentic ... in short, highly recommended.A big hug from the whole group for Mohamed!!!

Amazing long weekend in Morocco!!! We had a great time in Morocco with Mohammad! He catered the itinerary to what we wanted and adjusted as we needed. We were able to fit in going to the desert, Atlas Mountains, kasbah, and even a little bit of fossil hunting in just two days! Overall a transformative trip for my friends that I highly recommend
