Here is the day-by-day itinerary of the 4 Day Honeymoon Tour Morocco.

We adapt this itinerary to your flight arrival time.

Day 1: Fes → Azrou → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga
After breakfast, we pick you up at your accommodation in Fes and head south through the Middle Atlas. The first stop is Ifrane, nicknamed the “Switzerland of Morocco”, followed by the Azrou cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, where you can see wild Barbary macaques. Lunch in Midelt, then we follow the Ziz Valley with stops at panoramic viewpoints, passing Berber villages, Erfoud and Rissani. You arrive in Merzouga at the end of the day and are welcomed with mint tea. Dinner and overnight at the riad.

Day 2: Merzouga
After breakfast, explore the area. Visit Khamlia, a village of the Gnawa community, to learn about their music and way of life, then drive through the desert to meet nomad families. Lunch is a traditional Berber pizza with a local family. You can also visit Rissani, the old Sijilmassa, a meeting point for the trans-Saharan salt caravans, and wander through its souk of spices, vegetables and cloth. In the afternoon, ride a camel with an experienced guide into the highest dunes of Morocco. Dinner is served in front of your tent, where you spend the night.

Day 3: Merzouga → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley
Your camel guide wakes you early for the sunrise over Erg Chebbi, then you ride back to Merzouga as the dunes change color with the light. After a shower and breakfast at the riad, drive via Rissani and Tinghir to the Todra Gorge, where you can hike for an hour and meet local people. Lunch in the heart of the gorge, then continue to the Dades Valley and its rock formations. Dinner and overnight in a guest house.

Day 4: Dades Valley → Aït Benhaddou → Marrakech
After breakfast, we follow the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs through the Dades Valley, with plenty of photo stops. At Kalaat M’Gouna, the heart of the Rose Valley, you can visit a rose cooperative and buy rosewater. We continue to the UNESCO-listed Aït Benhaddou, then cross the High Atlas over the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m), with an optional stop at a women’s cooperative to see how oil is produced. We arrive at your accommodation in Marrakech, where our services end.
